Returns

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Some items may qualify for an extended return window depending on the fulfillment partner.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.

Please contact us before sending an item back. Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, do not return an item to the address on the original package unless instructed to do so.

Return Shipping

Return shipping requirements may vary depending on the item and fulfillment partner. If a return shipping fee applies, we will let you know before your return is processed. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please request a return for the eligible item and place a new order.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or supplier restrictions. These may include beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, swimwear, gift cards, and merchandise marked Final Sale.

Refunds
